“We broadcast the same content on radio and television and wanted to improve the appearance of our studios by installing an LED videowall,” says Technical Manager Stefano Pretoni. “The LED wall shows graphics and music videos and acts as the backdrop for our video set.”
He learned about Analog Way equipment from a friend and selected the NeXtage 16 to drive the 6.5 x 1.5-meter videowall, which displays a single image or multiple windows over an animated background. “We chose Analog Way for its low latency and its reputation for reliability,” Pretoni explains. “Although the system is very powerful it also has an easy-to-use interface that we like.”
